PolDiag DCM6.2V BENCH LICENSE

The PolDiag DCM6.2V BENCH LICENSE enables communication with supported Delphi DCM6.2V engine control units for users who already own a PolDiag OBD Interface.

DCM6.2V Bench Read and Boot Write

The license supports reading DCM6.2V ECUs in bench mode through the original ECU connector, without opening the control unit.
Writing is performed in boot mode. Boot-mode access requires opening the ECU and soldering inside the module.
Access to files required for IMMO data or mileage-related operations also requires boot-mode communication.

DCM6.2V Communication Modes

Bench mode: connect the ECU through its external connector using the PolDiag OBD Interface. The ECU does not need to be opened for reading.

Boot mode: required for writing and for operations that require access to the relevant IMMO or mileage data. The ECU must be opened and soldering inside the module is required.

Application

The PolDiag DCM6.2V BENCH LICENSE is intended for users who already have a PolDiag OBD Interface and need support for compatible Delphi DCM6.2V ECUs.

Bench communication is used for reading the ECU without opening the housing. Boot mode is required for writing and for operations that require direct access inside the module.

Supported Delphi DCM6.2V Vehicles

Compatible with supported Delphi DCM6.2V ECUs installed in selected vehicles from:

• Volkswagen
• Audi
• SEAT
• Škoda
• VW Crafter MQB
• Selected MAN TGE models
