PolDiag BCM2 LOCKED / ENCRYPTED NEC UPGRADE

The PolDiag BCM2 LOCKED / ENCRYPTED NEC UPGRADE is designed for existing PolDiag users who already own the PolDiag OBD Interface and PolDiag Programmer. The upgrade adds advanced BCM2 functions for supported Audi and Volkswagen BCM2 systems, including extraction and decoding of IMMO data from locked / encrypted NEC, All Keys Lost procedures, key programming, BCM2 cloning, ELV functions, and BCM2 service operations.

BCM2 LOCKED / ENCRYPTED NEC UPGRADE – Advanced BCM2 Solution

The PolDiag BCM2 LOCKED / ENCRYPTED NEC UPGRADE provides advanced access to supported BCM2 systems, including modules equipped with locked / encrypted NEC.

As a result, technicians can extract and decode BCM2 immobilizer data even in supported All Keys Lost situations where no working key is available.

Furthermore, the solution supports BCM2 service operations through OBD or directly on the bench, depending on the module and required procedure.

Locked / Encrypted BCM2 NEC – All Keys Lost

One of the main functions of the solution is access to supported BCM2 modules equipped with locked / encrypted NEC.

Therefore, technicians can perform supported All Keys Lost procedures without requiring an existing working key.

BCM2 Functions with a Working Key

When a working key is available, the PolDiag BCM2 solution provides additional diagnostic, cloning, key, ELV, and service functions.

• Clone supported BCM2 by OBD (2008–2018)
• Clone supported BCM2 on BENCH (2008+)
• Add key by OBD for supported 2008–2018 applications
• BCM2 SW711 requires a bench procedure
• ELV OFF by OBD for supported A4, A5, A6, A7, Q5 and Touareg 2010+ applications
• Repair supported BCM2 errors by OBD, including selected steering lock / ignition related faults and BCM2 fault 02811
• Check BCM2 – ELV synchronization status
• Alarm OFF / ON
• Read FULL memory – PFLASH and DFLASH – using the Programmer section
• Read / Write supported BCM2 with SW 800+ – 1 MB PFLASH + DataFLASH

Synchronization Data for All Keys Lost

For supported Audi A6 C7, A7, A8 D4, R8 and Volkswagen Touareg All Keys Lost procedures, synchronization data can be ordered separately.

The workflow is:

1. Read the required BCM2 data using PolDiag.
2. Order the synchronization data and provide the VIN of the vehicle.
3. After the synchronization data becomes available, use PolDiag to prepare the dealer key with the required synchronization data.
4. Perform the final key learning procedure directly in the vehicle.

Synchronization data is an additional paid service and is not included with this upgrade.
