PolDiag DCM6.2V BENCH SET

The PolDiag DCM6.2V BENCH SET is a hardware and software package for communication with supported Delphi DCM6.2V engine control units. The set includes the PolDiag OBD Interface and the DCM6.2V Bench License.

DCM6.2V Bench Read and Boot Write

PolDiag supports reading DCM6.2V ECUs in bench mode through the ECU connector, without opening the control unit.
Writing is performed in boot mode. Boot-mode access requires opening the ECU and soldering inside the module.
Access to files required for IMMO data or mileage-related operations also requires boot-mode communication.

DCM6.2V Communication Modes

Bench mode: connect the ECU through its external connector using the PolDiag OBD Interface. The ECU does not need to be opened for reading.

Boot mode: required for writing and for operations that require access to the relevant IMMO or mileage data. The ECU must be opened and soldering inside the module is required.

Application

The PolDiag DCM6.2V BENCH SET is intended for automotive electronics workshops working with supported Delphi DCM6.2V ECUs. Bench communication allows the ECU to be read without opening the housing, while boot mode provides access to operations that require direct connection inside the module.
